Am I required to store long-term?
We provide flexible month-to-month lease options. Store with us short or long-term.
How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card. You can also speak to your facility manager about autopay. Payments can also be mailed, made in person during office hours, or deposited into our drop box (slot beside the office door) after hours.
Existing Customers- to pay online, you will first need to call or stop in the office to provide us with an email address. After we have entered the email address into your contact information, you will be able to set up an online account through this website which will allow you to make online payments.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID.
What items am I not allowed to store?
Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids.
What does "on-site manager" mean?
An "on-site manager" is someone physically present at a location, actively overseeing operations, such as in a storage facility.
